Skec studio was founded by Ece Işıkcı, an architect and art & design manager based in Budapest.
With a background in architecture and a deep interest in art and design, Ece’s work is guided by attention to detail, material sensitivity, and the experience of space. Alongside her master’s studies in Art and Design Management, she has led art communities and organized creative workshops, bringing people together to explore different artistic mediums in an open and welcoming environment.
Through these experiences, she has seen how creating, whether individually or collectively, can build connection, clarity, and confidence.
Skec studio reflects her belief that creativity should feel accessible, thoughtful, and free from pressure. It is a space shaped by curiosity, experimentation, and the joy of making.
Skec studio was born from a simple belief: creativity should feel accessible, grounding, and joyful.
What began as a love for sketching; those quiet moments of translating thoughts into lines, slowly evolved into something bigger. We realized that creating isn’t just about making something beautiful; it’s about making space. Space to pause. Space to think. Space to reconnect with yourself.
In a world that moves fast and asks us to constantly produce, achieve, and perform, skec studio invites you to slow down. To return to the raw, honest act of putting pencil to paper. To explore without pressure. To create without perfection.
Sketching is often seen as just a first step; a draft, a rough idea. But we see it differently. A sketch holds intention. It captures movement, emotion, and memory in its purest form. It is the trace of a moment, a thought, a feeling. And that trace matters.
Skec studio exists to support your creative rhythm. Whether you're a beginner rediscovering your artistic side or a practiced creative seeking calm within the process, this is a space designed for exploration and expression. No expectations. No rigid rules. Just curiosity and flow.
We believe creativity is not reserved for a select few—it lives in everyone. Sometimes it simply needs permission to surface.
At skec studio, we’re here to offer that permission.
